The Lakes of Schaumburg is
very nice apartment complex.
The buildings and landscaping
are well kept up and it always
feels very safe. The apartment
interiors are modern and
upgraded. I do feel like it is
pricey but it is worth it
considering the location and
all the positives of living
here.

Lakes of Schaumburg has been
the best place I've lived so
far. Everything I wanted in
an apartment, I found at The
Lakes. Maintenance is
fantastic and prompt. The
Lakes is a very friendly,
welcoming place and I would
recommend it to anyone who is
looking for an apartment.

It's a little pricey, but the
neighborhood is nice,
maintenence is amazing, and
the units are all very nice.
Storage space can be a little
bit of a concern, but that
might also be because my
girlfriend and I live in a one
bedroom unit together.

civilization. Apartments are
very nice inside. Love the
large closets and being able

It's wonderful. The management
is always helpful and the
maintenance is always prompt.
The location is perfect and
the pricing is decent. I love
the amount of space and layout
of my apartment, as well as
the view. I would, and have,
recommended this place to many
friends.

The public areas are
well-kept. The apartment is
reasonably priced, with ample
layouts and nice, clean
grounds. Most of the
residents are quiet and
parking is plentiful. With a
great location close to most
of Schaumburg, it's a perfect
choice for the middle-class
renter.

Management is very courteous
and knowledgeable. I would,
definitely, highly recommend
"Lakes of Schaumburg" to all
of my friends and other
acquaintances.

It is a nice place to live for
a couple and very safe. Very
convinient for all kinds of
shopping etc. I'll give a 4
star for everything and 1 or 2
star for sound and heat
insulation and building
construction quality. You can
hear people living on next
floor talk, walk and jump
during the night time and it
could be difficult if you are
not a sound sleeper.

excellent and the maintanence
and management staff are

It's absolutely amazing! It
looks classy on the outside
and the apartment units are
superb inside. I am lucky
enough to have a balcony,
fireplace, and washer/dryer in
unit which I have not been
able to find in many apartment
places. I enjoy when people
come over because they
compliment on how nice the
place looks, even when they
drive in to the complex. I
feel safe and at home at the
Lakes of Schaumburg.
